CoNET-DLE specifies Decentralization Clusters and parallel atomic ledger classes so high-frequency application events can leave a single globally serial lane while keeping archive, finality, and settlement rules explicit.

The public lab explorer inspects Archive health and testnet groups. An L1 Global Archive Routing Registry deployment does not by itself launch every DLE product gate.

Separate from L1 tip

DLE Chain ID / Group IDs are not CoNET L1 224422. Use the DLE explorer for lab Archive inspection, not as the L1 tip chain.

Treasury vs DLE admission

An external ERC-20 entering CoNET L1 via Treasury is a different transition from later DLE asset admission.
